Ready to interact with shoppers in an environment where they already have shopping in mind? Exhibition (or Promotional Court) Spaces are ideal platforms to launch a new product, create brand awareness or just showcase your brand. We have various indoor and outdoor areas which are perfect capitalise on our footfall.

KIOSK SPACES
We also welcome beautifully designed kiosks to KwaDukuza Mall which will complement and enhance our Tenant mix. Spaces are limited!

To book an exhibition or kiosk space, click here to download our application form which will stipulate the available areas and the rates applicable, complete in fully (remember to initial all pages) and return with the below listed documents. Should you not hear back from us within 14 working days, kindly consider your application to have been declined.

Documents to submit with application form:

Company registration documents
VAT registration document (If VAT registered)
ID copies of all directors/members/partners etc. as stated on company registration documents
Proof of address
Confirmation of public liability cover (For an area outside your usual business premises)

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Prices are valid until end December 2019
2. Rates increase over peak periods (15% in November and 25% in December)
3. Please note our height restriction of 1.5m
4. At the discretion of the Centre Manager, charities, NPO’s, schools and community organisations may be allocated space at a 50% discount
5. Centre Management reserves the right to decline any application at their sole discretion and without reasoning
6. The above documents only need to be submitted once, if same is not received, your application will not be processed.

   SPONSORSHIP OR MARKETING PROPOSALS
   Should you wish to contact us to consider a sponsorship request, or you would like to propose your own event or promotion that you would like to host at KwaDukuza Mall, you may submit a formal proposal to reception@kwadukuzamall.com
